DREAMY STRAWBERRY MILK RECIPE FOR SLEEP

Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk of choice (such as almond milk, coconut milk, or dairy milk)
- 1 date, pitted (or 1 tbsp maple syrup)
- 1/2 cup chamomile tea
- 1 strawberry
- 2 SLEEP aid capsules (powder removed)
Directions:
- In a blender, combine the milk, date (or maple syrup), chamomile tea, strawberry, and the powder from the SLEEP aid capsules.
- Blend all ingredients together for 40 seconds, until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
